We visited because we heard so much about this chain, but it was terribly disappointing; we received the wrong order twice before our food came, and there was nothing that stood out even in the 'good' category. Even the neverending fries were bad, as it was obvious the fry oil was well past its use date (everything fried had a rancid aftertaste). My son, who devours burgers and fries like air, stopped eating after 3 bites and wouldn't touch his food after that. There are a large variety of things offered, and, if you feel like chancing the kitchen and service, and you can't think of anything else to try for lunch, then take a chance but we won't be back.

Great service and decent food. The hostesses are not very attentive and let people block the front door, which I'm sure is a fire hazard, but the wait staff is very friendly and a little more interested in their jobs. The burgers are as good as any other Red Robin. It's just another burger joint and as much as Urban Flats was a different atmosphere, Red Robin is a good improvement to the sloppy service and nasty food I used to receive in this location.

My dad and I went on a Sunday night and it was quite busy for a Sunday night. We were seated right away which was a highlight of the night. My dad enjoyed his food while I did not like mine. I had the prime rib sandwich with an au ju but it tasted like the whole sandwich had been heated up in the microwave. I understand this place has many burgers to chose from but I've been to Red robin once before and ordered a burger. It was cooked to perfection but all items on the menu should be so, not just the burgers! The plates and silverware were greasy (not enough soap in the dishwasher? The water isn't hot enough?) it was gross. I was turned off and I'm not sure if I'll be back yet. I might just go to five guys to get a burger..

Loved the appetizer selection! Delicious. Had mushrooms and onion rings. Yum! Been waiting for their opening having been to a Denver location a few years ago. Great server, Dee, navigated us through the specials and menu. Although it is just a burger joint, it's a fun place to go to. Glad they're here and will have much success.

great service. Beef burgers were ok. I do LOVE the bottomless fries. Good location in winter Garden, but parking is kind of sucky in the evenings and weekends.

I have been to Red Robin in Ohio so I was happy to find out that the local Urban Flats has been replaced with a Red Robin outlet. We both had the prime chophouse burger it was very big, very juicy, and very flavorful. We had gone early to avoid any crowds (4:30 pm) and to get a parking. Service was fast and friendly (Grayson) and the manager dropped by to welcome us. The decor was bright and lively but I could tell even at an early hour the sound volume would be bothersome at peak times. I am always hesitant to pay for gourmet hamburgers since there are fast food places that do decent burgers but in this case the extra money is justified.

I had high expectations for this place since the first time I went it was really pack. I thought their burgers would be thick and juicy but it didn't come out what i expected. I prefer my burgers to be thick and juicy and I did not get that. But overall they have very interesting types of burgers with different toppings. Their fries are bottomless but they are so wide like wedges. What I really like is the bottomless drinks especially the Root Beer Float. The glass is so big and they gave me 2 cups off rootbeer to refill the float. Good family atmosphere though.

Great burgers, fresh, hot unlimited fries, unlimited refills on floats and a loyalty program. Great job and keep it up. Parking, however SUCKS since the staff from there and everyone else that works in that strip mall parks there(they are supposed to park at target but i have observed on numerous occasions this is NOT the case) so there is NO parking for the guests. Work on that management will ya?

This place was horrible!! waited 20 minutes before a server even came over and took our drink order. The appetizer came AFTER the food and was cold. The burgers were undercooked and so greasy that the bun was soggy and dripping grease. My sister never recieved her salad and only ate one bite off her french dip bcuz it was so gross. there were 12 cups on the table at one point and only 4 had drinks in them.. they never removed the empty cups. I wouldn't go back to this place if my life depended on it.

LOveD IT! Completely different, trendy and fresh! Big improvement from what I remember of my first experience of Red Robin close to 15yrs ago in California! Totally worth it, very family friendly & I love that the modern technology they use at Host Station, they check you in with an Ipad& text U when Ur table is ready! Kids get a free balloon!

Gourmet burgers really? Hardly. The burgers are small 6oz. So small you can't even see it under the bun. The topping are OK. Chilli was weak. Here's a run down of our first visit. 1. Service OK - After i got my burger and realized that the bun completely hid it I asked the server if these were the right buns. He had no idea. 2. Onion rings - great 3.Fries - soggy and tasteless 4. Burgers -small and not much taste 5. Manager - Lame. We asked him a question about our order and he answered us in passing as if we were a bother. Overall, if you like your burgers this is not the place. This more of kiddie trap. For a real burger try Burger21, Burger Bar, The Tiki bar in Clermont, Red Wing, even Ale House is better.

Not sure how the food is but the service is terrible, was told a 20 minute wait and have been here over 45 minutes now. About 10 minutes ago, they sat another group with our same name and removed our party off the list. After realizing the mistake I said something to the hostess who put us back on the list and then proceeded to seat a group the same size who came in 20 minutes after us. Never really apologized for the problem, which is why I am writing this. Had they tried to make the situation right I would have written a much better review. Probably will be my last trip here and will tell all I can not to come.

YES!!!!! Finally a Red Robin in the Orlando area! I am so happy have been too many Red Robins around the country in my travels for work. I have been waiting as I am sure many others have been waiting for this location. Needless to say we were there on opening day! YES YES YES!!!! One major problem. The parking is horrible, they are nestled in a strip plaza next to Cracker Barrel and Cold stone creamery, so finding s parking is not an easy task. But once you do and you get to experience the best burgers in the universe! With a bottomless root beer float and endless fries (get them garlic style) YUM!!!! Our service was great and the food was perfect. My only quandary is I like my burger medium rare to medium and they only cook it a little pink or no pink, so ask them to cook it your way if you want it less done. A manager stopped by our table and I inquired when the next one in Orlando will be and he said on IDrive at the old Mercado where the Orlando Eye and Orlando Live is being built. Cant wait!!!!

First you have to recognize that the star rating is not exclusively reserved for just the food. They have great burgers and they will accommodate almost ANY request to change things around. I rate them highly for tasty burgers and versatile toppings. They are the only place i can actually get a burger "pink" and spicy to my taste. Fried onion straws and fried jalapeno pepper rounds on the same burger? yes. Ghost pepper ketchup on the side? yes. Fresh fried onion rings, Si. Stick with what they do best and you won't be disappointed. This is basically a sports bar with good burgers, go there for any other reason and you probably won't like it. The place is packed and parking can be a pain, be prepared. As it is packed and a very open space, it's also loud.

Red Robin....YUM! I first ate at a Red Robin in Ft Meyers and have been waiting years for them to open one closer to Orlando. The trip to Winter Garden was an easy drive although the parking is very inadequate for the number of restaurants. Once inside, we were cheerfully greeted and promptly seated. The menu has a lot of exciting choices but I already had a craving for the classic gourmet burger with a chocolate shake. At last minute, I decided to add a bowl of french onion soup since this was the one cold day we have had this year. My last minute decision proved to be a mistake. The cheese on the soup was melted but no sign of browning from a broiler. The soup tasted like canned beef consomme and the onions were undercooked and crunchy. Fortunately the burger was amazing - cooked to perfection (medium rare) then topped with onion, pickle, relish, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. The chocolate shake was equally amazing and obviously made from fresh vanilla ice cream with Hershey's syrup added for perfect color and taste. Our server was friendly and very attentive and even other servers came by to make sure our needs were met - true teamwork! Yes the ads are absolutely correct that Red Robin is Yummy but remember that if a restaurant isn't cooking prime rib roasts then skip the french onion soup.

When visited the Winter Garden Red Robin the place was packed with an estimated wait of 15 minutes. We were seated pretty quick however and the waitress arrived soon after. Since it was my first time to Red Robin I decided to get the "famous" cheesburger. The food took a real long time (I think I drank 5 or 6 sodas before it arrived). The fries were good, hot, and better than the usual chain fries, but not as good as Five Guys. The burger was good, but definitely not gourmet. It was overdone (I asked for medium and this was slightly dry and burnt), and tasted like a Bubba Burger I could've gotten from the grocery store (don't get me wrong, I like Bubba Bugers but they are NOT a "gourmet" item). The burger had all the correct fixings and all were fresh, the bun was ok too (nothing special). The kids got Mac and Cheese so I tried a taste. I think it was right out of the Kraft box and appears they didn't even try to make it better :( So if you're looking for an ok burger and don't mind the wait (must not be many places in Winter Garden to eat), then Red Robin is a good place to go. If you want a really good buger then I'd say you're better off going to Five Guys (or even Wendy's!)...

If I had a penny for every time my boyfriend talked about the campfire sauce I would potentially be a millionaire. Red Robin is great. The burgers are juicy and delicious, the fries are endless, and if it wasn't for calories I would probably visit this place all of the time! Note to the owners or corporate: open a location on the East side of Orlando!!!

I have been to Red Robin... more times than I care to admit. But that's a good thing. Not for my waistline, but for this marvelous burger joint. I've haven't tried that many versions of their burgers, but that's mostly because I got hooked on the royal. That's the burger with bacon and a fried egg on top... excuse me while I regulate my salivary glands. They offer you a burger with some pink or no pink but if you know whats good for you, you'll get some pink, because you should. Also the bottomless fries (or steamed broccoli or side salad for the same price). The fries are thick and awesome, the broccoli is fresh, and the side salad is just meh, because it's a side salad and I want it to taste like fries but dang it I'm trying to be good. But when I'm not trying to be good I get the bottomless root beer float. I normally don't drink soda but I can't say no to a root beer float, especially when they keep bringing you more and one to go. (My record is 4.) They also have really good alcoholic shakes. Also, I noticed that people have complained quite frequently about wait times before and after they get seated here. I have not experienced this and I have been here at all hours of the day. The only time I had to wait was my first time there. But it was less than 20 min at 9pm on a Friday night and they texted me when my time came so we didn't have to wait in the tiny waiting area. Almost every other time we've been seated within a minute. And not all of the servers are gems but quite a few of them are and most of them are very informative and helpful. Especially with those reward points, which I recommend you get because it's so worth it. I get free burgers all the time. Red Robin... YUM!

  • Drew M.

Two words: BOTTOMLESS FRIES! Delicious burgers! I could have had a plain bun and a burger patty and it would have tasted great! Large menu full of options! Excellent selection of non alcoholic beverages, most of which are bottomless and interchangeable. The hostess was friendly and even introduced herself. Our server was nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. Will definitely return. Next time we'll be sure to bring the kids.

This restaurant was fairly loud, I ordered fries with buffalo chicken. When they brought it to me it was regular chicken, so I had it sent back and the very nice waitress took it off the bill. The water that was given to me tasted like toilet water. I ended up just buying a sweet tea which was actually very good. All in all it wasn't my worst experience but also not the best.

As the rating suggests, this location offers a pretty average dining experience. I wouldn't call it bad, I'd just say that it leaves a lot to be desired. They do offer several salads and non-hamburger options but I'm assuming most of you reading about Red Robin on Yelp are interested in their burgers. Their burgers are usually tasty and they definitely have a good variety of toppings/flavor profiles to satisfy your burger craving. I usually choose between their Banzai [teriyaki, pineapple, cheddar] and the Bleu Ribbon [blue cheese, aioli, onion straws]. The burgers are served with tasty steak fries that are supposedly AYCE, but it usually feels like the staff is instructed to limit the customer to only a second serving. You can satisfy your sweet tooth with the 'mountain high mudd pie' or the 'chocolate fruffles', both were surprisingly satisfying. Up and down service with slightly above average burgers...you could do worse, but you can definitely do a lot better.

  • Anthony C.

Sometimes the wait is long but worth it. A nice combination of fun upbeat atmosphere and burgers combined with all you can eat fries and delicious sauces makes this place a great inexpensive meal. They have many different kinds of burgers and I think the sauces really make them special. I love the campfire sauce! It is great on burgers and fries. The free royalty program is good too. Every 10th item is free, a burger for your birthday and sometimes random rewards thrown your way. A nice rewarding program with useful benefits.

Came here on a slow Monday night... Hostess sat us in the bar area. She told us our server will be right with us. No one seemed to care... Not the bar tender... Not the hostess... No waiter for a good 8 minutes or so and someone who looked like a manager/sup walked by twice. No drink order, no appetizer order, no "I'll be right with you" assurance. Awful on a SLOW night, with more half the restaurant empty. Just plain awful service. We walked out with out the bottomless fries.

Every time we go to this place it feels like a grand opening with all new staff and a menu they don't know. The service is ALWAYS terrible. There is ALWAYS a wait and they host NEVER gets the wait times right. 15 minutes means 40. They need a change in management or something because this place really is a joke. The fries always come out cold and the burgers are usually hit or miss. You're actually better off going next door to Jersey Mikes. At least you know what you get every time. This place is a disgrace to the Red Robins name.

I thought this place was awesome. I was sick as all get out so I couldn't enjoy it much but I can't wait to go back and eat my bruschetta chicken sandwich again The appetizers and drinks were handled promptly and were yummy and delicious. Onion rings and cheese sticks. I'd kill for those right now. You can't get much better onion rings than this place. To bad I'm an hour ish away from My nearest red robin. My chicken bruschetta sandwich was out of this world ! So flavorful and delicious I wanted to eat more and more but being sick from a cold my appetite sucked eggs. Our waitress was good and awesome and amazing. Let's get it straight guys. Good Waiters and waitresses are hit and miss. Don't kill off someplace because of The bad attitude or service from a nasty employee. Grab a manager and fix it like the grown up y'all claim to be. This place was awesome. The fries literally are bottomless. Meaning there's no bottom On the metal tin the fries come in lol. So not sure what bottomless fries means. May need to clarify that robin. I would deff return in hopes for a visit just as good as this one. Drinks were good. Can fast. Appetizers good came kinda fast. Good was amazing like amazing amaze balls. So please give this place a try. You won't regret it !! - Yelp elite Katie

The staff here is really friendly, and the burgers are really good! And who doesn't love AYCE steak fries? I'll admit, I'm a french fry junkie. As long as the fries are right, I can forgive almost anything else... Except the milkshakes. I don't know what it is, but the milkshakes taste like frosting in a glass. One sip, and I sent it back. I wonder if they even use ice cream? But that's not enough to drop my rating. Everything else is just that good. My usual is the Banzai burger. I love the teryaki glaze! The Parmesan garlic option for the fries is really good too. My wife can shop all she wants in Winter Garden, as long as we get to eat here.

Jesus! 6 months later and we thought we'd give it another try. Sunday afternoon at 3:30 PM - 40 minute wait because the had a party of 10 and a party of 12. Are you kidding me, the restaurant basically shuts down because they have 2 larger parties. Won't get another chance. The poorest run restaurant in Central Florida.

I had the worse experience in a long time here! Went on a Thursday night which I didn't think it would be so busy, but it was. Husband had to wait 20 minutes for a beer, food took about 45min to come out and when it did, it was cold. You can tell by the way the cheese on the burger had dried out. The order didn't come out as ordered either, we had asked for broccoli, but it came out with fries. After 10-15 minutes and once we were already done with our meals, the broccoli came out.... What a joke!! Broccoli was wilted and dry!! I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that he wasn't available because he was in the kitchen cooking. What the heck?! Had the worst stomachache all night!!! Probably from the cold, smothered in Mayo burger I ate half way since I was starving. Will never, ever go there again!!! Not "YUMM"

  • Perry W.

I give this place two stars not because of the food quality, but because of the poor service and wait times. Every time my wife and I order take out they tell us it'll be 20 minutes no matter what, and it ALWAYS takes twice as long. I even waited AN HOUR for one burger once and they felt so bad they gave it to me for free. They definitely need new management or at least make their process more efficient. The burgers are nothing spectacular and I feel like they're over priced, but they are decent. You'd honestly get a better burger at Fuddruckers. If you don't mind the long wait times at this place then feel free to give it a try. The atmosphere is pretty cool.

For a restaurant that has "Gourmet Burgers" in the name, one would reasonably expect for the burgers to be "Gourmet". Instead the burgers we had tasted very much like Bubba Frozen Burgers. The Burgers weren't bad but you are going to be held to higher standard when your primary product is supposed to be a "Gourmet Burger". The fries were lackluster, again like it came from the frozen food section of Publix. The waiter we had was very friendly and the lemonade was great. I honestly do want to come back again and maybe give it a another shot. I recommend checking it out once but the Burgers here are not better than most diners. As the two star rating states and sums up it up for Red Robin: "Meh. I've experienced better".

Be sure to alert your taste buds. The Reds Tavern Double is a fire grilled fresh from the range, double burger topped with cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and sauce. Surrounded by endless steak fries. Follow the mouth full bites with their freckled Lemonade. Larruping good vittles. Stand back while the saliva floods begin

The bottom fell out on the bottomless fries! The burgers here are still fantastic, but apparently there is a new policy at RR to be stingy on the fries. We asked for some to be brought out prior to the meal, but that didn't happen. The ones brought out with the burgers were cold, and when we asked for more, they weren't brought out until nearly the end of the meal. After mentioning this to the manager, we were offered some to take home, but even that turned into a longer than expected wait. I suspect by this time they assumed we would give it up and go home.

First ever visit to Red Robin. I've heard so much about it but there aren't any near us. Since we happened to be in the neighborhood, we decided to give it a try. We arrived during peak dinner hours but were greeted warmly and seated right away. Since our server was pretty busy our seater got our drink orders for us. I decided to try the bottomless "freckled" lemonade. While I expected it to be syrupy-sweet, it wasn't. It was very refreshing and had giant pieces of fresh strawberry in it. My husband had the bottomless root beer float... because why not have dessert during dinner? Since it was our first ever experience, we weren't very daring with our orders. I got the single bacon cheese burger and he got the double, both with a few modifications. Our waitress was super nice and admitted to us that it was her first night on her own. Our orders didn't take very long and came out exactly as ordered. I really enjoyed my bacon cheese burger, it was juicy and the perfect size. I did however find it to be a little over-seasoned while my husband said his was waaay too salty. He's much pickier than I am, he didn't enjoy his fries, but I loved mine. The fries are bottomless as well, but I was plenty full after the single order, I even shared some with my 1-year old son. Overall...5 stars for service, and 3.5 stars for food. Great option for a casual lunch or dinner.

Got a"shortie" stack of the crunching munch Onion Rings. Wow, these are the standard. The chipolte sauce was a good add too. The BBQ burger was a good choice too.

My husband loves burgers and this is in our common dining area so once in a while we end up at the door. Every time we come here I am reminded of why we say we won't do it again. The foods ok, the wait for it ridiculous, the atmosphere loud & crowded and parkings the worst This restaurant is NOT designed for families with small children. My infant was sat in a high chair at the elevated tables, the high chair is the right height but because of the step up is like a foot away from the table so she spent the entire night leaning forward toward the table. The walkways are not big enough for people to move from table to door and certainly not for the wait staff when a high chair is located there so they spend the whole night working "around" her - trays over her head, moving her chair so they can move other chairs around - needless to say this Mom is less than thrilled. Writing this one in hopes of helping someone else out there keep from making this mistake, maybe I'll read it myself before I forget again.

I didn't have high expectations from the last Red Robin I went to. We had Codi as our server, and she was great. Our table split the Towering Onion Rings which came with ranch and Campfire Sauce (BBQ sauce). I had the Cheeseburger and added some guacamole on top, and it was a pretty good burger. My husband had their Chicken Tortilla Soup, and it wasn't really warm at all. It was lukewarm at best. Their sweet potato fries are great when they're fresh, but really soggy if they've been sitting out for too long. I don't think it was our server's fault about the food temperature, but the kitchen seemed pretty slow in general.

The server Phillip was very sweet, but that was really the only thing good about the experience..... My food was cold, the service was slow, and over priced for what I was served...

Yummmmmm...is the perfect description for these burgers. We have been visiting Red Robin since they opened their doors in Florida. We started with the tower of their famous onion rings. These rings are crispy and they range in size. I ordered the French Onion Soup and I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was. It was loaded with melted cheese and the broth was filled with flavor. I had the Smoke & Pepper Limited Edition Burger and is was delicious. It was loaded with a Black Angus Beef patty with smoked salt, black pepper bacon and cheddar cheese. The one thing I don't really care for at Red Robin are the fries. They are fresh but for me a bit too big. They are more like Steak Fries. I usually substitute one of the many sides for the fries. Be sure to try the Freckled Lemonade. They use fresh strawberries and they mix it with their lemonade recipe and its really refreshing. It's free refills so you can drink as many as you like. It reminds me of the Strawberry Lemonade at the State Fair. Be sure to signup for their Red Robin Royalty Program. It's free to signup and for every 10 burgers you purchase, you get one free. You also get a free burger on your birthday. Just this year alone I have received 4 burgers free and you can't beat free. Service is always very good at this location. You usually have to wait for a table because it's always packed. The wait is never more than 15 minutes and it's worth waiting. They will be opening a new Red Robin in Sanford soon.

Always a good burger.. But I was a little offended when the waitress asked if my wife and I wanted separate checks after taking our drink order. I mean seriously? We had a baby with us. Why in the world would you open with an idiotic question like that? Maybe she was high, I can't say I blame her but wow maybe she should stay above the influence at work. Also, she gave no napkins with our burger we had to flag down another server to get them. I gave an extra star cause she did give us skittles after the meal.

    (3)
  • Alex R.

I ordered the half stack of onion rings which were golden and crispy. The Bonzai Burger was nicely cooked and the pineapple was perfectly seared. The endless fries were so good I had to get a second order. Great service accompanied this delicious lunch. The waiter Nate was very attentive and friendly.

Today was the second time we have visited this Red Robin. My wife did not want to go back because we were treated like we were nonexistent last time and left, but decided to give it another shot as I love the chain's burgers, have had good experiences at others and this is now close to us. We walked in, waited 10 minutes AT THE BAR that wasn't full, and the 2 girls behind it were staring at us but never came over. A group of 3 people walked over and sat next to us and they went right to them. Needless to say we got up and left again. The bartender glared at us and said 'you're leaving?'. I told her if you're going to just stare at us and serve others who walk up after us than yes. I cannot comment on the food on account I've never been able to get service there to get any, but will not be back, absolutely horrible service.

We've visited here several times since they opened, and each time we come, we walk away thinking it was a decent meal, but nothing that stands out. The burgers are good, and they do have a great variety to choose from. This is a personal thing for me, but the fries just aren't anything to write home about. I'm not a big steak fry fan, and these just seem to be filler for me. Endless fries are a neat concept though, so if steak fries are your thing, you will be thrilled. You can get the fries spruced up with garlic and parmesan, and that makes them better in my boat. The shakes here are good, and they offer some unique shakes flavored with beer during different times of the year. If you plan to keep coming back, they have a reward program, which is nice to get a free burger on your birthday, and earn free burgers after eating there a few times. If I'm in the area, and in the mood for a burger, it hits the spot. Two things to know about going here, it is very noisy when full, most likely due to the large, open design. The other is that parking is at a premium here. If you find a spot anywhere in the vicinity, take it quickly.

Its a lot like a cross between Steak n Shake and TGI Fridays. Burgers are tasty enough, but the price point is way too high. Bottomless fries often means they come out cold. Staff seem to disappear, and silverware is brought out in a tray. Come on, even Waffle House sets a place for your silverware. An interesting experience, but there are better spots for "gourmet" burgers.

Had excellent service! We were seated quickly, our server Adam was awesome, the drinks were fantastic, the burgers were delicious! Definitely will go back when we are in the area.

Wow. Worst dining experience at a Red Robin ever. Our server took over 10 minutes to even take our drink order, the ticket time for our food was almost 40 minutes. We sat down at 6pm and our food was delivered at 7pm. The place was not busy, we noticed empty tables throughout the restaurant. Though it took a while for the bus boy to get to the dirty tables. Once the food arrived, my chicken sandwich was cold, we asked for fry refills and those didn't come out till 719pm. Management really needs to learn how to better staff and run this place. So very disappointed. Will not be dining here again.

I really enjoyed my burger. I got the river whiskey burger (something like that) and it was really good. Came with onion straws and BBQ sauce on the burger. Gave it a crunch and a tang. Unlimited fries too, you can't go wrong.

Food is good when it is done right. Service is lacking. Parking is horrible. Medium rare burger comes out well 3 times... go across the street to bone fish

Turns out my people had a craving for burgers and we ended up here. This time service was pleasant. I don't know why the fries are served cold and damp. We asked for a refill and they came nice and hot. The waitress was very nice. The burger flavors were delish. But all in all, it's just an average burger joint.

We are Red Robin Royalty card holders and that definitely means something to us! Not all Red Robin locations live up to my standards; this one does. Although people often have the misconception that their food is unhealthy, it's not. Your meal being healthy is dependant upon the choices you make when ordering here. They are so well at accommodating your burger with less oil, in a gluten free bun or wrapped in lettuce leaves. This particular location makes you feel comfy and gives you that at home feeling that I love!

Always a great place to bring family and friends. Lots of good choices for burgers and vegetarian options too. The bottomless fries are great and don't forget to use the Red Robin seasoning.

The service here is horrible. Sat for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment whatsoever. It was a Saturday afternoon and they weren't even busy. Unfortunately this was the second time this happened at this same location. There won't be a third.

Red Robin--Yum! The hubby and I were so excited when a Red Robin finally opened in Orlando--and it was in our part of town! They have great burgers and all you can eat fries. Every time I go, I try to order a different burger. This time our server suggested the Blue Moon Shake (yes, the beer). I was hesitant because I am not a big beer fan. But he said that it tasted like an orange creamsicle so I decided to try it. And it was delicious! I'd order it again! I also ordered a patty melt. Except there was one small problem--there was no cheese. That's what makes it a melt. We mentioned it to the waiter who offered to have it remade but I just asked for a slice of cheese. I really didn't want to wait for it. And there was great guest recovery. The manager came over and told us that she was taking the burger off the bill. I told her it was no big but she insisted. Great service! Can't wait for our next dinner out!

I am a fan, for the bottomless fries, or bottomless broccoli, too. The burger with no bun I got was good, just a MESS. That was a little difficult as an option for a burger with NO bun. The server was a little slow with returning and checking on us, but I won't hold that against Red Robin...just her. Go if you haven't...Go Early! Go on a weekday!

I'm definitely a fan of Red Robin. After constantly seeing commercials for this place, but never wanting to make the trip that was St.Cloud to Winter Garden just for a burger (which, by the way, was worth it), I finally came to the conclusion that it had to be done sometime. So, here' s my inevitable Yelp review! I must say, this place was jam packed when I got here, and continued to be that way all through the night. "Must be a good sign!" I thought. Was it? Well, let's read on... The decor of Red Robin was funky, and cool. Not too different, probably because chain restaurants aren't necessarily known for their crazy displays, but it did add some type of character. Kind of like a classic American Dinner/Bar/Normal Restaurant kind of feel. Something you might see on 'Dinners, Drive-Ins, and Dives', maybe. When we walked in, we were quickly attended to by the lady that sets up your seat. (I can't remember their title, sad, I know.) Soon after, we were seated and greeted by a cool waiter! He was funny and definitely had some experience under his belt. Being as packed as it was, you would think there would be some type of delay in the waiter's service, but no way. He was on spot. Now, comes the food. I was with a party of 5, so we had a large array of items. Mine was the Red's Tavern Burger. And I was quite happy with my pick when all was said and done. Plus, the bottomless fries (which yes, I did have a second serving...) made sure you would not leave hungry. But, more on the burger; it was delish! Melted american cheese, with a juicy burger, buttery and soft bun, and some great toppings. Boy was it good! And I'm usually a chicken kind of guy! Everyone else also enjoyed their picks. One of the people I was with got the Bleu Ribbon Burger, and I got the chance to take bite. I must say, it was delicious as well. Clearly, the fact that this place was packed was a good sign. And I'm definitely happy that we made the trip over to Winter Garden to try Red Robin. I would come here again, and hopefully that happens quickly, because after writing this review... I'm kind of craving the prospect of having another juicy Red Robin burger in my hands.

Pretty good place, but as it's still new, it's almost always packed. I actually went there at 11am one Saturday when it opened and there was a line of people outside waiting for them to unlock the door! I've had several of their burgers, and all have been good. Their bottomless fries are fun when you're hungry, and they'll make you garlic fries if you ask (they sound better than they actually taste, imo). I ordered a salted caramel shake, and asked them to put a bit of chocolate syrup in it, and it was crazy good. I don't know if I can ever go back and not order it, that's how good it was. They even have a veggie patty so my vegetarian wife can go and actually enjoy it instead of just eating fries and onion rings. So, -1 star for the service. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, but the kitchen is unbelievably, painfully slow. That Saturday where I was there when they opened- there were maybe a dozen people in the restaurant after they unlocked the doors and sat us, and it took no less than 45 minutes to get two burgers. Criminey, did they have to start the grill by rubbing two sticks together or something? How long does it take a kitchen team to make food first thing in the morning? Were they all high or hung over? Well, it was the day after Friday, so probably...

I had heard of Red Robin before, but it had never been at a fuel-friendly distance. That changed when one popped up in the neighboring Winter Garden (the nice Dr. Phillips-like part, not the areas that look like Kissimmee's trailers had an impromptu wild race across business parking lots). We were meeting some friends there and we were quickly approached, directed to a table and attended. The ambiance is definitely jovial. The décor is diner style meets TGI Friday's pop culture. You are surrounded by vivid red walls and colorful signs. There's a bar too, in case you want to imbibe. All in all, it's a bright-lit, fun place to eat in. Katy Perry would approve. There are many burgers to choose from, so I opted for a Prime Chophouse (horseradished sautéed mushrooms, Provolone cheese, and crispy onion straws, served on an onion bun with Dijon sauce). The rest of the table ordered the Banzai (has pineapples and teriyaki sauce), the All-American Patty Melt (onions, thousand island dressing on marbled rye bread) and a Whiskey River BBQ. Everybody enjoyed their burgers (and patty melt) and they all come with bottomless fries (it's off-season for sumo, so I didn't refill my basket). I was a bit reluctant to get anything with horseradish (Panera Bread needs to tone it down a tad), but I was happy with my choice after devouring it. It didn't look like the menu picture though, since the squashed crispy onion straws could only be seen if you lifted the top of the burger, so imagine the menu picture of it after placing a Galapagos turtle on top of the bun. For drinks, I had a Very Berry Raspberry Limeade which was okay. My girlfriend ordered a Raspberry Sweet Tea which was over-sweetened, but after the first cavity-pleasing sips, it was more drinkable. Service was a bit off-pace but this might be due to being a new place and getting slammed (on a Monday night!). The waiter asked us for our choices multiple times in a span of 7 minutes, but the burgers took a long time to appear on our table, to the point of me drinking all of my limeade and a portion of my girlfriend's sweet tea while pondering if they were still hacking away at the dead cow. But once the burgers arrived, my hunger was pleasantly satiated. So considering the affordable price, the ambiance, the burgers, the service and the location, I do recommend this place if you are around the area. I don't think I would trek it all the way to Winter Garden for the experience (I do make the long journey for Yellow Dog Eats, which is near Winter Garden), but if I'm somehow around the area, it is definitely a place to consider for lunch/dinner/second breakfast/second lunch. If they do raise a Red Robin closer to my humble abode in posh Kissimmee (a bit overstated yes), I would venture that I'd visit it more often than other similar establishments. It seems to be cheaper than Johnny Rocket's (though I haven't checked their shakes, and Rocket is prominently adjacent to the Loop's cinema which I frequent), it seems to be a good rival to Five Guys (I actually think their burgers tasted better than Five Guys' or at least close enough, and the ambiance obviously beats the peanut sacks and red/white tiles of the minimalist Five Guys'), and is fresh and cool enough to entice before boredom and familiarity sets in (last couple of years I have been to TGI Friday's so many times, I'm practically a churchgoer). So there you go. Give Red Robin a try and maybe you'll add another casual restaurant to your rotation.

First time at Red Robin in about 6 years. I see some thing have changed. Clearly portion control has taken over. The service was ok. We were seated and ordered a few waters while we looked over the drink menu. It took our waitress 20 minutes before she came back to see if we wanted some alcoholic beverages. We finally put our order in and our food came before we even saw our drinks. Not exact my preferred order of operations. The food was good, my burger was well cooked and seasoned. My fries came served in a tin cup and I probably had 10 French fries total served with my meal. Not what I remember from the old "bottomless French fries" that I'm used to. The waitress was more attentive after we had our food continuing to stop by to see if we wanted more fries for drinks. We ordered another round of fries for 3 people and when she came back it has about 11 fries in the basket.....so yea I was definitely disappointed on how Red Robin has changed. I think they should change their bottomless French fries slogan to "we'll give you a could extra if you want em".....over all experience was ok. Won't be making any special trips back any time soon.

The food is pretty good. The fries are good. My kids enjoy the bottomless fries. My only complaint is that there is always a wait to be seated. You can wait up to 45 minutes to be seated. The staff has always been nice and the manager is always working along side of his staff. It is nice to Se a manager involved not just walking around doing nothing.

As the closest Red Robin was well over a hour away, it always baffled me why the local TV and radio stations aired their commercials. While I could sing their catchy jingle to you (Red Robin - yummmmm), I really knew nothing about them until I saw the coming soon sign on the old Urban Flats establishment. I have not had much luck with brand new restaurants recently, but when the opportunity for a free training meal presented itself, how can I say no to "free?" Our server, Samantha, was very friendly and helpful with menu recommendations - and based off of her enthusiasm, I was persuaded to try something a little bit out of my comfort zone, the Bonzai Burger. When it comes to burgers, I'm usually a 'plain cheese' kind of girl - which is odd, considering my love of ethnic foods and eccentric flavors. The Bonzai burger was topped with pineapple, cheese, and mayo, and it was very tasty. If I go back again, I may try something more traditional, and I've heard good things about the Royal Robin (topped with a fried egg), but I was pleased with my choice. The sweet potato fries were delicious - crispy on the outside, just right on the inside! Our meal came with a milkshake, which was split among our table. It was a creamy consistency, and pretty good (though not my usual flavor of choice). As it is just around the corner from where I live, and reasonably priced with tasty food, I know we'll be back.

I have been watching Red Robin commercials for months now totally knowing that the nearest one is about 70 miles east of Orlando... but not any more! They opened one up about 2 miles from my home here in Winter Garden! The Urban Flats that was in this location (which I really liked) moved to Plant St in the older historic section of downtown Winter Garden and Red Robin moved in! Like any new place to eat in this area of Orlando, it gets swamped with people trying something new so Red Robin will be busy for the next few months. I went on a Friday night around 7 pm with my husband for dinner. The parking for that location is small compared to the amount of businesses offered so finding a place to park was a challenge. We ended up parking down by the Panda Express and then walking a few blocks back to Red Robin. When we approached the door, a nice greeter welcomed us and asked how many in our party. I said just the two of us and she said great, follow me! We totally just walked in and sat at a table for two in the bar area. That was fine with us since there were many larger parties waiting to be seated. Within a few moments, a perky young server said hello and asked if we had been to a Red Robin before. My hubby had been to one many years ago but I was a virgin so she proceeded to tell me about the history of Red Robin and all the food they had to offer. You could tell she was new and nervous and the she rehearsed that speech in her head a few dozen times! She took our drink order and ran off while we checked out the menu. She popped back to the table a few min later to tell us that the drinks were not ready but would we like to order... we said yes... but then she ran away again.... came back again in a few moments to tell us again that our drinks were not ready... asked again if we were ready to order... we said yes...and then she ran away again. We were not sure if she did not hear us say yes or she was just nervous. Finally she arrived with our drinks and took our order. I got the Blue Cheese burger (something I get at every burger place so I can compare them all against each other) and my hubby got the special Jack Daniels burger. His came with endless fries but I went with a more healthy option and got a salad with my burger. No extra charge for replacing the fries with a salad! Both came out with in about 10 min. Both burgers were hot and fresh and tasted very good! There were no leftovers.... I have seen many people on here compare Red Robins burgers to Five Guys burgers. I have tried both and I think they are both different types of burgers. Five Guys reminds me of the ones you make yourself in your backyard on your own grill. Very home made. But Red Robin's burgers are more of a gourmet type of burger.... more of a restaurant quality vs that homemade type of burger. So I don't think one is better than the other, i think they are both great burgers, just different types of burgers. The line at the door by this time was growing and you could see they were turning tables as fast as they could. The staff were all doing a good job trying to be friendly while keeping everyone moving. I don't want to say I felt a bit rushed but we were never offered any chance to order a dessert (not that we could eat one we were stuffed from our burgers!). Our sever had come over twice to make sure everything was okay but on her third visit, talked about the Red Robin rewards card and wanted to know if we would sign up for that. We said yes and she came back with a card (and our check) and said that the meal we just had was already put on our card and counted toward our rewards. I paid the check and we left. Atmosphere = 8 Service = 7 Food = 9 We had a nice meal at Red Robin and will be going back again once the newness rubs off and it will not be so busy. Hopefully we will not feel rushed as we were this trip. Enjoy!

After years of seeing their commercials (even though there were none in our area) I was really curious to finally be able to try this place. The Good: I ordered a salted carmel shake (the small size) and a Prime Chophouse burger. My burger had horseradish sautéed mushrooms, gourmet steak sauce, provolone cheese with crispy onion straws and it's served on an onion bun with a dijon sauce. This was a very tasty burger and it was BIG (I took half of it home) with a nice char broiled flavor but it was very messy. Fixings were totally falling out all over the place. We each went through about four napkins. The small shake was a perfect size to satisfy without leaving me feeling like I needed to move one notch over on my belt. Marty tried a holiday special Gingerbread shake that he loved and a Tropical Sunburn burger that had jalapeños, grilled pineapple and a mango slaw. I liked his burger even more than mine and mine was good. You have the option to choose from a variety of bun styles including but not limited to whole wheat, gluten free or even bread free (lettuce). They serve Coke products and use Heinz 57 ketchup. The fries are plank style which is not my personal preference but they were fine, not the great potato flavor of a freshly hand cut variety but certainly passable. They offer "bottomless" fries here which is not what you will be if you eat a giant burger, a shake and extra fries. Butt (pun intended) if you want more - you can have them. The Bad: It is a wide open restaurant with a high industrial ceiling, which means it's really loud in there and not easy to carry on conversations. The menu is slightly confusing. When Marty ordered his burger, our server asked him if he wanted the double or the regular. Marty opted for the regular, figuring that it would be smaller, since something that is "double" is ... well...twice as much. WRONG. Here the tavern double is a smaller amount of meat and costs $2 less than the regular. It wasn't until we got our bill and Marty saw that it was more than expected that he questioned our server and was told that by choosing the regular burger he had gotten the larger, more expensive one. See what I mean - confusing! To his credit (or ours actually) our server apologized for not making the distinction clearer and reduced the check by $2. The Ugly: This location shares it's lot with The Cracker Barrel, Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery among a few other places and it is not large enough for the volume of traffic. Trying to find an open parking spot was insane. Marty drove around for nearly 10 minutes before one opened up. All in all it was a very good burger, good but not mind blowing fries, a very nice shake, confusing sizes of burgers, too loud for my taste and horrible parking.

Really great service, not the best for parking (I drive a big truck) but good food. Everyone in my company was happy with their meals. No red's rice bowl which is at other locations I've been to but I always love their chicken teriyaki burger. Love how generous they are on the teriyaki sauce and cheese, yum!

The first Red Robin restaurant opened in Seattle in the 1940's as a tavern known as Sam's, started by a local Barbershop Quartet singer. Named after a song overheard by the owner on the jukebox, Red Robin soon became a hit for the local University of Washington students and slowly began to expand. Today, Red Robin has over 450 locations and is now based out of Denver, Colorado. Though they are mainly known for their delicious burgers, the menu appeals to a wider audience, including sandwiches, soups and salads. The burger scene is about to be turned upside down as Red Robin moves into the Orlando area. I recently had the chance to eat at Red Robin. First of all, the menu is filled with a wide variety of burgers. Though there are burgers you can order as is from a simple lettuce and tomato version to a spicy jalapeno burger that will set your mouth on fire, every burger can be customized to tailor to your needs. In our case, my dinner companion Chad chose to substitute the regular all beef patty for the veggie option. Red Robin offers a veggie burger, a vegan soy burger, a turkey burger and the most popular beef patty. Or, if a burger just isn't your thing at all, you can substitute fish, grilled chicken, blackened chicken or a crispy chicken patty. My dinner date opted for the veggie burger slipped into the Burning Love burger and it was a spicy lover's dream. Crispy fried jalapeno slices, a spicy salsa and pepperjack cheese on a jalapeno-cornmeal Kaiser roll. Well, in addition to substituting the burger patty, Chad switched the pepperjack for blue cheese and a whole grain bun instead of the jalapeno Kaiser roll. And it was still spicy. And it was delicious. It was mouthwatering. Speaking of mouthwatering, I had the Prime Chophouse burger. They had me at horseradish sautéed mushrooms. Add provolone cheese and crispy onion straws and you had me at hello. I went for the beef patty version. It was cooked perfectly (I ordered it medium), it was juicy, I got a taste of those horseradish mushrooms with every bite. My only complaint is that it was HUGE!!! The burger patty is 6oz. which for me is enormous, however you can request a smaller patty (which will also lower the price by $2). Everything can be customized- from the bun to the cheese to the sauces to the toppings to the burger patty itself. Add a side of their "bottomless" fries and you are set. Chad took advantage of the bottomless fries- his second serving of fries was bigger than the first. They do not skimp. All Red Robin locations also have a full bar with a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Next time I am getting the Salted Caramel Milkshake- somehow I missed that on the menu the first time around (I was just too busy building my dream burger). I now have my Red Robin bucket list. We signed up for the Red Royalty card- they have some very serious generous offers. Visit 5 times in the next 5 weeks and get $20 off our meal. Every 10th entrée is free. Free burger on your birthday (those are always my favorite loyalty perks). So brace yourselves Orlando, we go live on November 19th in Winter Garden on Daniels Road next to Fowler's Village. Oh, bucket list....what will you bring me next??

The food was really good, the pepper and smoke burger was awesome. Fries were great, bottomless. The food was 4 stars, but the service was 2 stars, so I gave it a 3. The hostess semi-rude, our drinks stayed empty for way too long and took forever to get napkins. Took a while to get everything.

I heard so much about this place from a co-worker that I decided to try it while I was in the area. Parking was quite challenging. But luckily, there wasn't a wait to be seated since there was only two of us. As soon as we walked in, it felt ridiculously loud. We were seated in the bar and I felt like I was yelling to talk to my friend. We both ordered burgers and found that the edges we completely charred. Once you were to the center they were pretty good. I had also asked for some kind of cheese sauce to dip my fries in. My server looked at me like I had 2 heads. I guess they don't get asked for that. I was told they only had a beer cheese sauce that goes with the pretzel bread and it would cost $1.50. That was fine. I was willing to pay for it. Then he forgot to get it and I had to ask again. Once he brought it, he said I was lucky because it was just given to him and I wouldn't have to pay. I was glad because it wasn't that good. It had a strange gritty texture. Maybe better with the pretzel bread. If I was looking for a similar burger, I would go to Steak N Shake instead. Plus it's cheaper.

Nothing special about this place, just your typical chain fast food. The burgers are advertised as "gourmet" which they certainly are not, gourmet would indicate a higher quality product. They simply have a large variety of toppings or themes for their burgers, other than that they're pretty average. My second time there I tried the fish sandwich - if you're in the mood for a fried fish sandwich I do recommend it. Why is this place so popular - I would guess the bottomless fries are pretty darn popular with the "large" American appetite. Happy hour beer prices are not bad at all, $3-4 for a pint of decent beer.

Meh, meh, MEH! So not impressed with this after my initial visit. Particularly given the years-and-years of television spots being aired when there wasn't even a restaurant in our market. Well, now there is! I paid a visit with some friends this past weekend, and while I completely understand it's a new establishment that's EXTREMELY busy and likely trying to work out some kinks, there's going to have be a ton of improvement prior to my returning. Let's start with the food. Not good. At all. Well, the fries kinda rock (and apparently they're never-ending). But it stops there...at least for me. Firstly, I ordered a BBQ burger (yes, I was being "bad" during this experience), and originally asked for no tomatoes or mayo to be included. Gross! And when it was delivered to me both were slathered on the buns. No big deal - the server took it back and brought a new one within about 10 minutes. Entertaining, though, given I'm always the slowest one eating at the table. And when the "right" item was served to me, it really wasn't so great. Another individual in my party had their burger messed up as well. In the end, both burgers were removed from our bills, which is certainly what the manager and the restaurant should've done, and actually is probably what will encourage me to go back and give this place another shot. I think I'll wait a few months until they figure out their rhythm....

Have been seeing Red Robin commercials for quite a while but didn't understand quite why because none of them were anywhere near me and there was no plans to bring them to Jacksonville. When I learned there was one in Winter Garden, I was willing to venture over when it was feasible. Was it worth going out of my way? Maybe, when I'm craving a burger, but that doesn't happen too often these days. The burger was juicy and the steak fries were perfectly golden. The mint oreo milkshake was a nice treat after a day of shopping. It's decor is bright and cheery; it would be hard to stay in a bad mood very long. Did love that they took your cell phone number so they could text you when you're table was ready. Would be perfect for one's located in a shopping center or other similar location.

After hearing and seeing all the hype I decided to try it out with some friends. We got there a little after 1 so the lunch rush seemed to have died down a bit (oh and we went on a weekday holiday where kids were out of school) and it want too bad - was offered a high top and we were able to sit right away. The food was good. I didn't actually have a burger. I went for the California Chicken (or something close to that.) It was pretty good and so were the fries. I think next time I got I want to try a burger. The service was alright. I was iffy about our waitress and then when I started being sarcastic with her she seemed to open up a bit and was jokey and nicer. (Phew!) I'd go back to try it again, through I won't be rushing. There's a lot of food places around in the Winter Garden Village area so I'm not sure that it would be my first choice.

Red Robin isn't healthy, but it's good. Not in the "I want a gourmet burger with fancy toppings I can't pronounce" way, but in the "Wow, I need a burger now or I'll go crazy" way. The burger portions are quite large and the burger flavors varied. They also have bottomless fries, but I challenge anyone to actually eat a second or third serving. I usually walk out so full that I feel sick and I don't finish my first serving of fries. Unless you have a big appetite, I say skip the appetizer and save a few bucks. You seriously don't need it. Also, be sure to sign up for the loyalty club. They give you free stuff (think burgers). Who doesn't love free? Now for the bad. While Red Robin is good, their parking lot seriously SUCKS. Get there early or you will be circling forever looking for a place to park and rude people will ruin your day. PS- Red Robin, if you're reading this, please bring back the Wolverine Burger. It was my favorite.

Biggest complaints: 1) limited parking - during lunch and dinner hours parking is scarce. Several popular restaurants share the same lot and the small lot is simply overwhelmed. 2) Entire space is on the small side. We didn't experience much of a wait, but I'd have to imagine the business wish it had more parking and seating because I'm sure they lose business as people get frustrated and go elsewhere. Outside of those two complaints it's everything you'd expect from a Red Robin. If you're hankering for a burger you'll leave happy. Good selection of appetizers and the kids will definitely be thrilled by the free refills of mac-n-cheese.

Very disappointed. We are a big fan of Red Robin but this visit was underwhelming. We were asked if we wanted our burgers cooked through or slightly pink. We picked slightly pink. My burger was crunchy and way over done. All the fries were served soggy and cold. My kid's macaroni was served ice cold. It was not cooked and the riblets were lukewarm. There was no quality control at all. We were all done and my kid was finally served. The manager came and apologized, but that isn't the point. There are a lot of options out there and if we come to a place to have a nice meal, one child shouldn't be left out. At that point the meal is disappointing. :( One last thing. Another poster said she was hit on the head because the tables were too close together. She is absolutely right. Do not sit at the tables in the middle. If you do, you will get hit by servers and other folks sitting at the table constantly. The tables are too big for the space and it is surprising someone hasn't gotten hurt. I myself got hit by two servers and no one apologized. I guess it happens all the time they are immune to it.

Being from the West originally, I'd never heard of Red Robin, but there was much excitement at the office when this place opened. Instant success, very crowded. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, even shortly after opening day. The bacon cheeseburger is exactly the recipe I like: lettuce, tomato, mayo, so I'm happy. On a second visit I tried the onion rings, which are excellent and incredibly bad for you. Substitue the salad for the fries that come with the burgers and pretend it's health food.

High quality burger red robin double is the best restaurant cheeseburger in the area hey the cheese is melted just right Fries are beyond reproach put some seasoned salt on them and dip them in their secret sauce which is similar to a 1000 island plus relish They know how to get you to spend money If you stick to the double and soft drink it's around 11. Otherwise it's 2o or more Can't wait for them to open in Sanford Sorry one drawback way to noisy my decibel meter was at 91 and they don't have a band playing lots of kids so

Love Red Robin! The selection of burgers is wonderful. The Oktoberfest burger is my favorite! Caramelized onions, ham, whole grain mustard on a pretzel bun.

Great family place, lot of options for burgers, bit noisy but is all good. Don't forget to use their special seasoning on the fries, nice and clean and friendly staff.

After seeing the commercials for years and really not having much of a clue about Red Robin, I finally got to try one for the first time. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by both the atmosphere and the food itself. As far as the atmosphere goes, Red Robin has a lively, modern-meets-classic feel to it with bright neon lighting and hundreds of framed pictures alongside modern furnishings and a bar serving a variety of craft brews, as well as traditional selections. I found myself enjoying this environment especially considering that I was expecting something more similar to a diner-style atmosphere. Additionally, the food itself was better than I anticipated as well. Although the term 'gourmet burger' is used to describe Red Robin's burgers, I would almost argue that what they serve here is really more of a souped-up traditional American burger. Although there are a wide variety of toppings and options on each burger, the essentials are there--big fat bun, big fat patty, and big fat toppings, with bottomless wedge fries as well of course. And even with the fries you have options--regular, parmesan garlic, or sweet potato, all of which are delicious. And honestly that's the other great thing I love about this restaurant: the wide variety of options. In addition to a variety of burgers, there are also salads, chicken dinners, and even fish and chips on the menu! All I can really say is that when it comes to Red Robin, I am sold. I will definitely be making a trip back here soon to sample the bottomless floats and try out a different burger!

I'd never been to a Red Robin before, but always heard my friends wistfully wish for one in Central Florida. So excited when one moved in down the street in Winter Garden! The food does not disappoint - great "burger" genre (I don't really eat burgers, but love the chicken sandwiches or "clucks" and fries - AKA chicken fingers). Bottomless fries? Magical. The reason I have to give this place 3 out of 5 stars is because it's such a pain to park and the whole environment is just small / crammed. No breathing room, right down to the tiny crowded sidewalk outside the door where people wait for a table. It seems like a lot of people have been waiting for a Red Robin to come to Central Florida for years - it would have probably been a good idea to choose a location that could easily accommodate the crowds. Sometimes, the idea of having to circle the lot with cutthroat tactics in order to score a parking spot is just a deterrent and I end up going somewhere else instead... Which makes me sad, because I really love those bottomless fries!

So I am PLEASANTLY surprised with Red Robin burgers... Fresh taste & awesome flavor!!! The sweet potato fries are superb & aren't those big chunky wedges some places serve... The strawberry lemonade is to die for!! If you like flavored ice teas - the pomegranate one is refreshing! Five Guys is nearby... I "used" to go there when I needed a burger fix... Hmmmmmm #newfavoriteburgerplace

First time at Red Robin. It was school spirit night and the place was busy. Love the text to let you know you are ready to be seated and you can see where you are on the waiting list. My wife had a basic cheeseburger and said it was very good and isn't shy about saying otherwise. My son had the kids pizza. There was plenty of cheese and his only complaint was we didn't let him order a milkshake. I asked our server (Bailee sp?) about the Bonzai Burger. She said it was her favorite. It's now my favorite too. Pineapple on a burger, who knew? Dipping sauces were a nice change from the norm. We didn't know which to choose so our server suggested to bring a few to try. We picked three and liked them all. We thought this was going to be a pricey fast food restaurant but were pleasantly surprised by the cool dining area with big screen tv's. This is a place you can have dinner on a weekend. Despite the craziness of spirit night, we were seated 3 minutes sooner than expected. We had great service, great food, and plan on returning soon.

We've heard so much about this restaurant and the commercials make it look like the best burgers and food around. The food was ok...they were just burgers. It wasn't anything so spectacular that we'd drive all the way back. What was really disturbing were the flies EVERYWHERE! They were buzzing around our heads and food the entire meal. At any given time there were 4-5 of them crawling on the window and the blinds. It was pretty nasty. We asked the waitress if it was always like this, and she just kinda gave this awkward smile, like she gets asked that alot. She apologized but I can't believe that nothing has been done about them since it definitely wasn't normal; it was like an infestation! I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. We will definitely not be returning.

After many months of commercials and no local venue, I was super-pumped about this restaurant finally opening nearby! We went later on a weekend and had no issues with a wait. It was different inside than I expected - there was a full bar and TVs with sports playing - both good very things! I was at first interested in their interesting-sounding milkshake containing beer. That was quickly brushed aside when I discovered they would put vodka in a milkshake! There should seriously be no other kind of milkshake. So amazing!!! The burgers were awesome as well. There were so many that looked good that I will have to go back to try another. One thing I can't praise enough is that the burger is wrapped in paper so it doesn't end up all over the place. Also, the steak fries (the best kind of fries) are bottomless, but after the milkshake and burger, there is no way. This place was a perfect 10.

I have been to red robin on multiple occasions since they have opened here in winter garden. I have always enjoyed the food. I have to say though that every time I have gone it takes way to long to get your food. I have gone with a party of 3 all the way to a party of 12. No matter how many ppl we have our food always takes forever. I wish it did not take so long bcs that is what actually keeps me from going there anymore. If I have someone ask me to meet them there I will but I will never suggest it due to how long it takes. Wish it was not that way bcs I do enjoy the food.

My husband is from Colorado, so I couldn't wait to try the new red Robin on Daniels Road. We went there on a date night. That was a big mistake. We waited about half an hour before we sat down, then it took about 25 minutes for our food to get there. When it got there our order was wrong. I don't think it was the server's fault, and she was absolutely awesome.... But the kitchen staff really needs to step it up. The following Tuesday was something called "Jim Day". I happen to fall into the category of getting a free "Jim burger", so I went in three days later. I was hoping I would have a better experience. I went there with my kids. I was not impressed, and they still got my order wrong, as well as my husbands. Again, our server was great, so hats off to these people who constantly have to deal with these kinks. The manager did stop by to see how things were and we spoke of the wait and she did apologize. We are pretty forgiving, especially for a new restaurant, but we shall see how soon we go back. My burger was tiny! There was little meat to constitute a $7.99 burger. It was good, but nothing to write home about. Sadly, it's just one of those places you remember better as a kid.

It's a Red Robin. Not BAD, not AMAZING, but good enough to fit the bill. It was kinda loud in the restaurant. Pricing seems a little high, even for a "gourmet" burger place, but isn't too far off when you consider most burger places make you order sides a-la-cart for a total ticket of about $9-10, here they just charge about $10 for the burger and include the fries. Waitstaff was very nice and knowledgeable. Menu is a little overwhelming and takes some effort to navigate.

I FINALLY got in this place. Had to go on a weekday right at 11am. The inside looks pretty cool and has a friendly feeling. At first, I was overwhelmed by the amount of options for a burger but then soon realized I could only find like two that sounded "okay" to get. The gourmet burger came out with steak fries. I didn't really find anything gourmet about it (I talk about this more later) . Really just seemed like a large burger with toppings. RR features endless steak fries with their burgers but once you eat the burger, you don't really have room for much else (if you're a normal sized person). The taste...the burger wasn't bad but it wasn't as great as I thought it would be especially with regards to the insane crowds that come to this place. It was a pretty plain burger, no special sauces or toppings even though I ordered one of the specialty ones. The overall taste just didn't wow me as being a gourmet burger. For a gourmet burger, I would expect special items... - Marinated Burgers (teryaki, sriracha, etc...) - Special Cheeses (bleu, goat, buffalo mozzarella, etc...) - Specialty Buns (Sourdough, wheat, pretzel, kaiser, etc...) - Specialty Toppings (mixed greens, shitake mushrooms, etc...) - Specialty Sauces (maple syrup, chipotle, balsamic glaze, etc...) Ideas are limitless for gourmet. If you want a good sit down burger, check out Teak Neighborhood Grill. If you want a good fast burger, check out That One Spot. These are gourmet and you can actually find a parking spot. I will say the service was pretty good although when we went, it wasn't crowded.

This was our 2nd visit here. I was really surprised when my 2 sons were not all that impress with their burgers. Whaat? I had a chicken sandwich and it was alright as far as grilled chicken sandwiches go. I ordered the 'Simply Grilled' chicken sandwich and that's exactly what is was. This was alright since I'm trying to stick to a lower calorie diet. I did choose the fruit salad as a side and that was disappointing. The strawberries were really mushy.

My husband and I are big fans of Red Robin have been since living in Houston, when we first moved to Florida there were none and then about March of 2013 this one opened up and even though we live in the Disney area we have made the trek to Winter Garden for the sole purpose to actually go to this location to get a great burger. The Rewards program alone is another reason to go especially on birthdays when you get a free burger, and who can resist the unlimited fries? My husband can really take down a few baskets so that is another reason to love this place. My favorite burger they have is the Burning love burger, but sadly since becoming pregnant anything with the word burning in the description or title is no help to heart burn so i have ventured out and tried other burgers since. The Prime chop house burger was the most recent adventure and I have to say that burger was fantastic! There was also a visit where for some reason as I was looking at the menu i started having a craving for a frito chili pie burger which they have a chili burger on their menu so i had asked the waitress if they by chance had fritos, she said no and i was okay with that but for some reason the baby wanted what she wanted, so when i told the lady it was just a passing craving i went ahead and ordered the chili burger anyways, when our food came out i had found a bag of fritos on the plate along side my burger! The waitress who said she felt bad for pregnant women and their cravings ran four buildings and across the street over to the local Valero and bought a bag of fritos so that I could have my burger! Who else would do such a thing? So another reason why we love this location for sure! I also recommend the Spinach artichoke dip for a starter! The freckled lemonades are always another thing i love drinking as well or the tea. If you get in the mood for a sinfully great dessert and actually have a group to eat with you I also recommend the mudslide ice cream pie, but be prepared to have a few co eaters otherwise that thing won't go down with a fight!

Finally we have one close to our area. I waited for this place for a while since moving down here for Baltimore (woot woot!) and Im telling you that this place was well worth the wait. The burgers came out top-notch (or top flight!) and I could go again and again if i had my metabolism (darn it). So do yourself a favor and head to that place and enjoy burgers of all selections including bottomless FRIES. DING DING DING!!! Hello....whos this? Its the next 5 star rating Im giving! We have dined at this restaurant twice so far, and I am very impressed. We were given a gift certificate from a friend, and told to have a great meal...and we did. The restaurant was nicely decorated, and has a sports bar and grille type feel. The menus options were plentiful and the burger selection was displayed well. We sampled some pretzel bites in cheesy sauce. They were not bad, I would like them to look a little more like a fresh baked pretzel, but they were good. I ordered the Hickory BBQ burger and my husband ordered a Chophouse burger. We were delighted when the order came the burgers were beautifully presented and tasted even better. My husband got the steak fries and I got the sweet potato fries and they were also great. To finish up the meal my husband got the Guiness Milk Shake and I got a Mint Mint shake...again they were wonderful. On the second visit, we tried different burgers and they were fantastic, but this time we brought the kids. Our daughter had the chicken finger basket, w fries, and our son ordered the Mac and Cheese with side salad. I have to say the kids meals were very nice and not over priced at all for the quality and quantity. The kids were very happy and cleaned their plates. Also, I broke down and had to send for another order of sweet potato fries (since they are bottomless) and my kids attacked my first order. Overall, a great experience, and the service was incredible, and they handled all our allergy questions and put us at easy, which is always a challenge when we dine out. The managers and chefs are really on the ball with it. Overall a great family friendly restaurant.

Horrible experience at Red Robin Winter Garden. Waited on burgers for an hour, once at table they were ice cold... we tell manager and he goes to get us new ones but leaves cold burgers on table, after 20 more mins...I'm very hungry so I give up and start eating a cold burger, when they bring hot burgers I didn't care for a burger anymore!! Bad experience....they gave us a $30 gift card but we won't go back!!! Five guys still our favorite burger place!!!!

Enjoy!

Long wait on a Sunday evening, slow service, mediocre food and my wife's order was wrong.

Alright I am on some what of a diet. So I had the Grilled chicken platter. Salad and two chicken breast. Real exciting. So I had to start with a cup of chili. All pretty good. Wait to get in so try the bar.

This place would be great if the noise level could be controlled. Food and service is always good. Great for kids.

Really great service, not the best for parking (I drive a big truck) but good food. Everyone in my company was happy with their meals. No red's rice bowl which is at other locations I've been to but I always love their chicken teriyaki burger. Love how generous they are on the teriyaki sauce and cheese, yum!

Not "YUMM"

Soooo...decided to try this place AGAIN (after all the luck ). Requested sauce on the side...sauce slathered on my sandwich. And someone else almost ingested a nice little piece of plastic. Yeah...that's it for this place.

  • Jeff H.

YUM!

Tonight, much to Wife's delight, we decided to dine at Red Robin. If you haven't been, it's a fairly new chain to Central Florida competing for a share of the burger market. The server was quick to arrive and take our drink order. We decided to try the poutine appetizer, a new addition to the menu for Oktoberfest (odd since it's a Canadian dish). Drinks came out quickly, too. I ordered the Royal (sunny side up egg, bacon, cheese); Wife orders mushroom swiss burger; Buddy orders fish n chips. About 15 minutes pass before we see our server again, sans poutine, asking what I'm drinking (empty glass). Ten minutes more and our burgers arrive. Still no poutine; I request camp fire sauce. Fries were room temperature for all three of us. Odd, since it took nearly 30 minutes for the food to arrive. We all order more fries, since they are "bottomless". My burger was fantastic, except the runny white. Sunny side up can be tough, but you can clearly see that it wasn't cooked enough. Otherwise, my burger was delicious. The other two main courses pleased Wife and Buddy. Server shows up, and Wife mentions the poutine, which the server says wasnt his fault and promises to have it removed. All the of us finish our food before the fries, nice and hot, arrive at the table. We are asked to pay on a computer (for which I am not a fan), and the poutine is on there. Once corrected, I pay and give a poor review on the tabletop pc. No manager visits the table. The server checks back to see if we paid, and offers to-go drinks, but never returns. This was probably my seventh time here, and the one excellent server we had (last visit) was obviously an anomaly. The burger market is vast. This was likely my last trip to Red Robin. $30 for awful service and a manager that obviously didn't care was it for me.
